Any education in theoretical physics begins with the laws of classical mechanics. This is where it all starts.

The exercises below have been created and curated over many decades by members of the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics at the University of Cambridge. The faculty have long had a generous policy of making these examples sheets (and indeed exam questions) publicly available. The questions come from two courses -- a first year course called Dynamics and Relativity and a third year course called Classical Dynamics.
